Sunflower butter is obtained by grinding the lightly roasted sunflower seeds. This tasty spread has a remarkable nutritional value. 100 grams of sunflower seeds contain almost twice as much iron as 100 grams of spinach.

It contains no cholesterol, hydrogenated fats, gluten or casein.
