EM. Falconet - French sculptor, author of the monument to Peter the Great in St. Petersburg (the so-called "Bronze Horseman"). He worked in the field of plastics of small forms, easel and monumental sculpture. The model of the sculpture "Bather before bathing" was made in 1757. A naked young woman is depicted in height, with a hairdo "a la antique". Turning her head to the left, she covers her chest with her left hand, and holds the sliding cape with her right hand. The stand is round, profiled. The Kasli plant has been casting the sculpture since the 1880s.
