Description
The turbogenerators of TPS series, air-cooled, designed to generate electricity in continuous duty S1 according to IEC 34-1 through a direct connection with a steam or gas turbine. In turbogenerators with a capacity of 1-12 MW apply to coil winding of the stator in turbo-generators with capacity of 32 MW 16 - core.

2.5 MW and above allow the connection of the stator windings in star and triangle.

In the scope of delivery includes:
- turbogenerator;
- base plate, Foundation bolts (studs);
the primary sensors for measuring the temperature of winding and stator core, air and oil
in bearings;
installation fixture for Assembly and disassembly (1-m turbine generator);
- spare parts required during the operation process;
- brushless excitation system comprising brushless exciter and control equipment.
Installation, adjustment and commissioning of equipment in operation is performed with the participation of representatives of our company.

Design of turbogenerators of TPS series
High reliability and quality are ensured by using the unique technology of Assembly of the stator with coil windings by the method of “reverse order”, which allows
to completely eliminate damage of high-voltage insulation in the Assembly and thereby significantly improve the reliability and quality of machines.
Small weight and compactness are provided with layout decisions, allowing to exclude from the design of a non-magnetic pressure plates and clamping the ribs of the stator core.
Efficiency (high efficiency) provides a reduction of mechanical losses through the use of high-performance centrifugal fans, with an efficiency of about 65 – 70% and reduce electrical losses in the windings of the stator and rotor by limiting the current density and bring the operating temperature standards for insulation class B.
Low noise level (85 dBA) is achieved by giving the casing a special form, which significantly limit the amplitude of vibrations of audio frequency.
