Certification of products

the Service of product certification is certification of product compliance with the essential requirements and the conformity certificate is a document that confirms that the product was subjected to conformity assessment procedures, and in the time of the assessment the product complies with the specific applicable requirements.

the Certification of Products (hereinafter cap) CMAC provides services of certification of food and industrial products, according to the scope of accreditation (Certificate of accreditation № OCpr-001 from 09 September 2014 – certificate/ pdf).

To maintain the high quality of their services, OSP provides:

- professional and methodological training of the staff of OSP;

- maintaining a permanent open dialogue with customers, in order to know their needs;

- the definition of optimal and efficient solutions, while continuously adapting processes and procedures to meet the explicit requirements of the client;

- carrying full responsibility in granting, maintenance, extension, restriction, suspension or withdrawal of certification, without delegation to third parties;

control technical, administrative and human factors affecting the quality of their own actions and involvement of all staff in the implementation of the policy on quality;

- the guarantee of confidentiality of information obtained during the certification process;

- Consideration and resolution of any possible complaints adequate and impartial manner.
