The need to obtain this permission is established by the current technical regulations. The existence of a certificate of the Customs Union is mandatory in the production, import and distribution of products subject to technical regulations. The received TR CU certificate can be used on the territory of all states that have entered the Union. The applicant for the certification of the Customs Union can be any company, regardless of its location and size.
